Dr. Rachel Meredith ND L.Ac

I was born to practice medicine. I have known since I was very young that I wanted to help people heal. After studying honors Psychology and Biology for my undergraduate degree, I was introduced to Naturopathic Medicine and Chinese Medicine. I knew at once, that it was what I am supposed to do with my life.

I love the pure science of running lab tests and understanding the chemistry of how the body is functioning. I enjoy explaining the lab-work to my patients so they understand how to keep their body in the optimal ranges for health – because normal is not always healthy.

I am honored to be able to sit across from patients each day and hear their history about where their illness began and how different life events either blocked or enhanced their ability to become well. I take extra time with my patients because I believe effective medicine takes time and is always individualized.

I have learned a lot from my patients and colleagues over the past 19 years in practice. The bottom line is that Naturopathic and Chinese medicine is very effective. I have the gift of being able to not only synthesize information well, but also identify patterns and use my intuition to guide the science that I utilize every day.

I am always looking for a few, new and motivated patients each month…because my patients just keep getting healthier!
